Looking back on a truly transformative year, we are so grateful for your support! Together, we keep up the courage.

Memorializing the last of the garden’s colors and the turning of the seasons.

— Chicken Bank Collective residency —

This fall, we brought artists from the US and Mexico to teach in the schools, share music and a mesmerizing performance before our annual Ritual of Remembrance.

Closing out an amazing year!

Your support is what made our programs possible. As a non-profit, we depend upon your donations, creativity, and care.

Support our end-of-year campaign!

We are thrilled to announce a matching grant of $29,000 for gifts given or pledged this season. Your donation will be doubled, whether you give once or through recurring monthly donations pledged for 2024.

Help us match these funds. Give today, this Giving Tuesday, or before the end of the year. Your investment will have twice the impact!

Conflict as
Renewable Energy

Dec 2nd and 3rd

Conflict happens!  In many ways, the only way we build trust in community is through conflict, through how we repair when we rupture. Join this workshop by Jonathan McRay (2nd day is optional) and build practices to engage conflict in healthy ways:  Learn more and Register now!

— Check out and share our camp video —

This year’s Arts, Ecology, and Circus Camp was a hit! Thanks to Leonardo Moreno for this amazing film and to our friend, Chinobay, for the use of his song.

We may be a small organization, but our dreams are big!

Every contribution makes a huge difference in our ability to deepen our relationships, expand our reach, and revitalize the ecological health, cultural diversity, and resilience of our community.

Support Us Today!

Last but not least! Wonderful news!

Many of you already know that our organization operates on a campus that was built by and is stewarded by a community of dreamers… what we affectionally call, “The Cairn”. While the non-profit is a separate entity, the Cairn folk are often volunteers, hosts, and support to programs on campus.

Well, we’re expecting the birth of our newest community member in the coming weeks! Emily Perkins and Daniel East, my brother, will be entering parenthood and we all anticipate a new shape and shimmer to our days. We welcome your prayers for Emily’s labor and this child’s entrance into the world!
Our gratitude is with you, for your support and accompaniment! May we steward the gifts of these days!

Peace,

Tevyn East
