Garden Therapy
This is a class, followed by a community dinner
The class invites all to practice mindfulness, build connections, and cultivate creativity by making pressed flower artwork. The garden will be our site for play, grounding practices, and beauty making. You will leave with knowledge of how to make pressed flower art and nourishing food in your belly. Come as you are – in need of healing or with strength to share. This is a welcoming space that honors the diversity of human experience and builds awareness of the land’s complex diversity and regenerative health.
The class starts at 5:30
Community Dinner is served at 7
We will light a fire and enjoy hanging out, weather permitting, after dinner.
