Watershed Discipleship – Oct 24th
Building bioregional literacy, reread sacred scriptures with an ecological lens, rewild our liturgy and build cultural practices that honor the earth. Watershed Discipleship includes learning the history of our place, addressing harm done to human and nonhuman lives, and seeking restorative solidarity with the original inhabitants of the land. Watershed Discipleship means doing to those downstream as you would have those upstream do unto you.
This event, on Sunday the 24th from 9-noon includes a smokin’ hot Bible Study, a worship service by the river that models the commitments of Watershed Discipleship, and a locally sourced community lunch.
